With more than four decades of experience in event design and catering, we will support you with all matters and questions. We look forward to supporting you in designing your event’s concept. Together we will find creative solutions tailored to your needs for a successful event. Our stylish, classic rooms - some with a direct view of historic Ernst-August-Platz - are reduced in design. This gives you the opportunity to transform them according to your very own wishes. You decide how functional or innovative your setting should be and we will support you in this. You don’t have any ideas yet? No problem: with a few clues about your private or business event we can offer creative suggestions for any occasion and budget. Our coffee breaks are real highlights as we enrich them with unique products from our in-house dessert confectionary. Our catering service from the Restaurant Brunnenhof is also in-house. Here you will find the full range of traditional cuisine, small, attractive delicacies, buffets and menus of all kinds.

Providing the wedding planner, conjuring up the perfect cake, acquiring the most beautiful flowers in town, arranging the suite for the newlyweds – at the Kaiserhof we can do a lot. Merely singing you to sleep we will leave to others. If you would like to turn your wedding with us into the most beautiful day in your life, you will discover the ideal partner in us. For everything that is beautiful is under one roof at the Kaiserhof. Our stylish rooms and halls invite you to celebrate in a modern to very romantic way with a DJ, band and a show. We will organise your reception, your festive wedding dinner and your party in adjoining rooms according to your ideas. Our especially casual and private event bar in a 50s style looks like Mad Men meets German oak and our intimate separée Little Vienna is ideal for smaller groups.

As a family-run hotel with a long tradition, our heart goes out to families. Beautiful events such as baptisms, first days of school, communions, confirmations, a major birthday or even minor ones, engagement parties, weddings and whatever brings your family together: we will make sure that your celebration is as successful as if you were organising it yourself. We are happy to put together menus for you, help with table decorations, wine choice, selection and design of our wonderful, homemade cakes and pies from the confectionary of Café Centrale in the Kaiserhof. If you would like a supporting programme, have fun with the children or the pretty cousin would like to belt out an opera aria or two: our event team will help you with the technical and decorative implementation.

If everything needs to be perfect from A to Z, celebrate with us at the Kaiserhof. In the immediate vicinity of the main station you will find seven event rooms, as well as additional space in the restaurant, bar and - depending on the weather - outdoors on our terrace. Whether you get excited about a classic, seated meal or a party with cocktail tables, a band and butler-style buffet, whether you want to enrich your party with show acts or incentive interludes: our event team will support you. We are also happy to provide you with ideas for theme parties and organise a supporting programme such as live cooking events with our kitchen team, cake pop workshops with the maîtres patissier of our own confectionery. These and even wine or gin tastings are just a few of the activities we offer. 78 rooms and suites right in the house guarantee a healthy night's sleep after the party.
