We serve a sumptuous breakfast buffet with crunchy rolls, fine little pastries, fresh seasonal fruit and a delicious selection of organic options from 6:30 to 11:00 AM. There is also a wide range of international à la carte options as a breakfast special. We also serve diverse business lunch options with different dishes every day – and don’t forget one of the best and biggest selection of wonderful cakes from our in-house confectionery in Hanover.
The service team of Restaurant Brunnenhof in the sunny lower floor is looking forward to serving you fresh cuisine every day from 12:00 to 22:30. Enjoy home cooking of the very best kind: German and regional specialities that delight your heart and stomach, and a regularly changing à la carte selection. Seasonal delicacies such as asparagus, soused herring, mushrooms, game, goose and duck are also part of the refined, down-to-earth repertoire. The Brunnenhof lunch meals are very popular from 12:00 to 15:00 o'clock with daily changing meals and an artful, additional business lunch for guests in a hurry.

The Bar Centrale is our all-day bar. With its perfect location, not 100 metres from the main railway station, it’s popular as a meeting place for informal meetings, lunch or after-work dates.
