À la Carte
Start your breakfast experience with our fresh salmon on rustic farmhouse bread, combined with creamy cottage cheese and a spicy avocado salsa. We serve this with two poached eggs, juicy tomatoes with homemade olive oil and lime dressing, and a pinch of chilli flakes – a perfect combination of freshness and flavour.
We offer a wide range of options for egg dish lovers: whether you prefer omelettes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs, prepared using three organic eggs, you are guaranteed to find your favourite dish here. Add bacon, ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, Greek feta, peppers, spring onions or fresh garden herbs to your egg dish as you wish. We serve fresh bread with it.
Our pancakes are a real treat! Choose from a variety of toppings: maple syrup and fresh berries, caramelised walnuts, chocolate or blueberries. For those who prefer savoury options, we also offer a version with bacon and fried eggs. All pancakes are garnished with icing sugar to perfectly round off the taste experience.
Let yourself be tempted by our sinful seduction with cinnamon and sugar. Our homemade Franzbrötchen is an irresistible treat that goes perfectly with chocolate sauce or maple syrup.
Try our Breakfast Brioche Burger – a hearty combination of scrambled eggs, avocado, chilli mayo, crispy bacon, cheddar and fresh salad. An ideal choice for anyone who loves a substantial breakfast.
For our vegan guests, we offer Café Centrale Porridge, prepared with cinnamon, almonds, bananas, oat milk and coconut flakes. A healthy and delicious option that will give you a boost of energy to start your day.

Juicy vitamin bombs
Would you like to start your day in a healthy way and enjoy something fruity? Then try one of our homemade smoothies, such as the oat and blueberry smoothie or the red berry smoothie. Perfect for a quick snack or as an add-on.
Of course, we also offer the classic: freshly squeezed orange juice! Treat yourself to a refreshing sip and enjoy the natural taste of freshly squeezed oranges.
Etagere for two
One of the highlights on our breakfast menu is the Breakfast Platter for Two.
It includes a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, smoked salmon with horseradish, two types of jam, butter, a hard-boiled egg, Bircher muesli and yogurt with honey, fresh fruit salad, and a bread basket with croissants, along with a glass of fresh orange juice, a hot beverage of your choice for each person, and a glass of Prosecco for each person.
Breakfast buffet Hanover
For our buffet lovers, we offer a wide range of cold and warm, savoury and sweet dishes in our breakfast buffet. Among other things, you will find:

Cold and hot drinks at the breakfast buffet
The breakfast buffet includes a hot beverage of your choice. We are delighted to offer you our own Kaiserhof coffee, full-bodied and with a delicate almond note, or you can try our selected range of teas from Ronnefeld.
