For perfect goose welfare, the six farmer families offer their pasture geese northeast of Hanover plenty of space on two hectares of pasture. The geese are pampered with specially grown cereals and water. The species-appropriate housing is also reflected in the taste – the meat is incomparably tender and flavorful. We are happy to prepare the poultry with side dishes for you in our kitchen!
